This was a topic I was incredibly interested in when I saw the title. It has always baffled me that coaches/parents/trainers pressure women in these ways that are so damaging, as it ultimately is hurting their sports performance even more. also to make matters even worse, the mortality rate is so high! Which I had no idea of. Great presentation.
