    This was a great way to learn more about ACT. While I have a passing familiarity with it, as a non-clinician it’s not something I’ve had a lot of exposure to. Thanks for helping me gain a better understanding of this treatment that growing in frequency.

    This was really interesting! I have both a history of depression and anxiety, and I have always felt the two tie into each other. I wonder if people who struggle with more traditional forms of therapy (due to anxiety interference) would see more success with ACT. The presentation was also very well made, the graphics were easy to follow and contributed to a better understanding of ACT.
