    This is great advice, and the graphic looks nice.

    I have a big picture question for you. Do you think job interviews are a good idea? If we make such fast decisions about people, are they accurate? Would it be better to skip the interview or transform it into a way to really tell how well someone can do the job?

    How does one “adjust and enhance the traits” that you hope others see, or that you think the interviewer is looking for? Do you think practicing online interviews is a good idea?
